You cannot reserve inside the premises, only online and therefore cash payment is not allowed.

With the payment of the reservation, the use of the locker of the chosen size is guaranteed. The system does not allow reservations if there is no free locker on the selected date, so you do not have to worry about overbooking problems.

The lockers are designed and sized to mainly store suitcases, backpacks, bags or any type of belongings or luggage. There are three sizes of lockers: M, L and XL. The sizes of the lockers are indicated on the website and everything can be stored that, due to its dimensions, can fit easily and without forcing, except for the prohibited objects that are detailed in the following section. The suggestions for the number and type of suitcases, backpacks and bags that can be stored are merely indicative and not contractual. It is advisable to previously measure the objects to be stored to ensure that they can fit comfortably into the chosen locker.

As the size of the suitcases is not universal and the dimensions are very varied, depending on their size, the capacity of the number of pieces of luggage admitted may vary depending on their dimensions.

Food, drink or any type of product or substance that can spill, stain the lockers or produce odors. Only those that have correct packaging are allowed to be stored.

Obviously no type of animals or any other living being can be kept in order to preserve their well-being and maintain the hygiene of the facilities.

It is prohibited to store any type of dangerous, polluting, flammable, toxic or similar material.

It is not allowed to store any type of weapons, ammunition, or any type of object that requires a license or legal authorization for its possession. We are committed to safety and compliance with the law. 

It is also prohibited to store objects whose possession or trafficking is illegal, such as stolen items, drugs or pornographic material. Its storage in our lockers is strictly prohibited.

It is not allowed to stay in the premises for purposes other than that for which it is intended, such as eating, drinking, talking on the phone, surfing the Internet, sleeping, holding meetings or any other activity other than luggage storage. If this is the case, the police authority will be informed of the improper use or use not permitted by the activity license.

We do not recommend storing cash, jewelry, precious stones or metals, watches and in general technological objects, screens, mobile phones, computers, tablets, cameras, electronic gadgets or similar. Additionally, storing art objects, antiques, memory devices or any other media containing valuable data or images is also discouraged. We are not responsible for anything mentioned. If you do so, it will be under your responsibility.

Don't worry, we are aware that sometimes your travel plans change on the fly. You will only have to notify a little time by WhatsApp to pay the penalty for the day of delay, which consists of the rate for one day plus the costs of managing the incident.

If due to circumstances the delay is more than one day or you cannot collect the luggage, you can contact us within one month of the end of the reservation.

We offer you the service of shipping your belongings to your home if necessary after paying the cost, which will depend on the number of days pending payment, the management, packaging and handling costs for shipping and the cost of the transport agency. .

If a month passes, and the luggage has not been collected nor we have proof that it has been claimed, it will be destroyed.

Lockers are only reserved for full 24-hour periods beginning at 8:30 in the morning and ending at 8:29 in the morning of the next day. The locker can be accessed as many times as necessary within the contracted rental period, except at night from 00:30 to 7:30 in the morning where access is blocked and restricted, changing the security system from acting partially to completely. . Any access during this time slot is not possible or permitted by security and will be treated as an attempted intrusion, notifying the Police from the alarm receiving center.
